The club was eliminated from playoff contention today. "Even though we knew where things stood, it's a disappointment," Fairies manager Palin Cavernbreaker said. The Fairies have made the playoffs 23 times in their 46 years as a Tolkien Baseball franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 3rd in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2045.
