 | Rosamunda Theiner Bashes Three over the Wall Thursday, September 24th , 2048 Minas Tirith Titans first baseman Rosamunda Theiner sensed she was going to have a good day at the plate, but she still might have underestimated it a little. Prior to the start of today's contest with the Lake Town Archers, Theiner told teammates she was sure she would hit a home run. She did -- three times. "During batting practice I really had my swing down pat," she recalled. "I felt some thunder in the lumber." The big day from Theiner pushed the Titans past the Archers, 7-3. To go along with the homers, she collected 3 RBIs and scored 3 runs. "I was seeing good, feeling good and swinging good," Theiner told reporters after the game. Rosamunda Theiner hit a solo-shot off Dratsnuk Demoneater in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Dratsnuk Demoneater in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Remli Lightningfinder in the 4th and walked in the 6th. Theiner is hitting .260 this year with 30 home runs and 92 RBIs. She also has an OBP of .297, 29 walks and scored 66 times. |   |
