 | Year Ends for Lançarote Walik in Old Forest Wednesday, September 9th , 2048 The Old Forest Merry Fellows and their fans were rocked today by the news that star reliever Lançarote Walik would miss the rest of the season due to injury. Walik was hurt in a recent game against the Rivendell Royals while throwing a pitch. He was immediately removed from the game and taken for examination. Tests today revealed the injury was a torn ulnar collateral ligament. His doctors think that Walik will miss about 14 months. For the season Walik is 6-and-5 with 6 saves and a 3.16 ERA.
